I love Fall Out Boy and Panic At The Disco, which is my main reason for joining, although I like all kinds of music. I also love sci-fi, especially Firefly and Stargate.
I'm Beccy and I'm 20, I'm from Leicester and I'm studying a degree in Genetics at the University of Leicester. Right now though I'm takin a year out to do an industrial placement in genome research at The Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, so I'm currently living in Cambridge. Im loving it, Cambridge is a lovely place. Im living with some excellent people, and I love my job! This is the best move I ever made. And I really, really needed a year out from uni. Im so much happier than I've been in a long time. I miss alot of people in Leicester, but theres alot of shit I dont miss. I have been given a chance to do things a little differently when i go back to uni, start afresh. I'm trying to have a positive outlook on everything now, and I can't really complain, I mean, generally I'd say life has been good to me. I like to think I'm doing okay. I've made some big mistakes and hindsight can be a real bitch but you know, shit happens to all of us and you learn from your mistakes. I just try to keep flying....
